Assassins for men and heavy armor on the top of it!

Just in time before the weekend, we managed to introduce two new products. First of them is the LONG awaited men's variation of the Assassin combat boots. We've had so many requests for this since we released the female pair that it was just a question of time. Well it has come today :)The second piece is a new heavy armor. In fact it's the first armor set not done by me in DL - it's by Toxic Lemon. A bit different style, but I like it very very much! It has lot of parts including goggles, two helmet styles and an utility belt. Value for money I'd say :) Both mod copy again.

Is Second Life a Rich Internet Application? We shall see :)

On May 21st there's a conference called "The future of internet is in RIA" by Adobe Systems taking place in Prague. Detailed info to be found here. The focus of the talks will be on the new and upcoming technologies as well as on using the present Adobe technologies in an innovative manner. The major attractor for a lot of participants will the presence of Ben Forta.

Among others, we, as Bytegang project, will hold a presentation called "Using CS4 in Second Life environment". Due to lack of other options, I'm going to speak personally there :) I'm planning to mention our projects and concentrate on showing the possibilities of Photoshop CS4 Extended within the Second Life - especially texturing sculpties and avatars.

I haven't touched the armor line for quite some time. Been asked for Amatsu variations a lot, so here is the first one. Vampire style, with vamp skulls and bones. Darkness surrounds my heart, my soul. Male version soon to be followed by a fem modification. xStreet link.

Bwindi Orphans - We support charity

Bwindi Orphans is a charity non-profit organization helping children in Uganda, Africa. Its SecondLife presence is maintained by people I know and trust (which is imperative in such cases). I decided to help out by lending the Bytegang gardens in front of the Dirty Lynx store to the good purpose.

For the period of one month there will be an exposition of original photos from africa taking place on bytegang and there will be a donation piggy placed nearby. You are welcome to contribute! clicking the photos will take you to a website where you can check more info and see the growing mass of supporters :)
